Data We Collect
FitZoneIQ does not collect any personal data. The app reads workout information from Apple Health on your device and displays it locally. No data is transmitted to any server operated by us or any third party.
Apple Health Integration
With your permission, FitZoneIQ reads the following data types from Apple Health:
- Workout sessions (activity type, start/end time, duration, distance, energy)
- Heart rate samples associated with workouts
